    Install Claude configuration, plugins and mise into sandboxes.

    setup copies an allowlist of ~/.claude into the sandbox, imports skills into the
    shared store, adds each known marketplace and installs every enabled plugin. A new
    config command re-applies all of it without recreating the sandbox.

    setup and run install mise and resolve the repository's pinned tools, so the agent
    runs the versions the project specifies. A personal mise.local.toml in the
    repository's config directory is copied to the workspace on every run.

    Custom templates remain unusable on sbx v0.37.x (docker/sbx-releases#366), which is
    why this installs into a stock sandbox after creation.
